* Usually stock clip in orders processing time is up to 72 hours . Tape in and Microlinks Hair extensions will take us up to 7-10 working days to be processed. Tracking number will be emailed once your order shipped out .
* It will take us extra 48 hours to confirm your payment, if it is considered to be potentially high-risk .
$45 wille be charged if there is any requests of order cancellation , item replacement or shipping address changes after package has been shipped out which is charged by local shipping carrier .
Track order:
After your order is sucessfully made on curlsqueen.com . You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully). SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping carrier : FedEx , DHL or Aramex
Once hair is shipped out , shipping time is about 4-5 working days to u.s. and about 5-6 working days to other European Countries.

SHIPPING Fee
Shipping fee we charge to most Countries is $9.9 except European Union Countries is $19.9.
ADDRESS CHANGING
If you want to change your shipping address after order being shipped out, you are responsible for all shipping costs and surcharges (adding apartment number, changing the city or street )
*If you are not available when delivery, packages will be redelivered 3 times, or be kept in local facility for 5 working days. When it is overdue and still can't contact you, the package will be destoryed or shipped back, we are not responsible for any extra costs incurred.
May I return my order?
Although we have very low return rates and we are so proud of our high quality hair extensions that we offer, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Please note that our Clip in hair extensions will be tied by elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
How can I return my clip in hair extensions?
- a. You can contact with us([email protected]) within 72 hours after you received the item.
- b. After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
- c. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which is $20 or $30(it depends on the shipping method you chose) .
- d. The refund deducted $20 or $30 shipping fee will be issued to your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not be opened, altered and undamaged.
May I exchange my order?
We understand picking the right color and hair texture might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.Our Clip in hair extensions will be tied by elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Our U-part wig has tape at "U" shape area which do not allow to cut if you want return/exchange. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
